Very quick and efficient

I love these hoovers but as I’ve said before, you have to replace parts too frequently. This purchase was to replace the vacuum head which I had only replaced the previous year. But… spare parts only have a 6 month warranty whereas a new hoover has 2 years! I don’t understand why this is the case as they are new spare parts! That is my grumble with Gtech. Otherwise I love the products😃

My wife and I wanted small battery operated lawnmower for our small back garden.
We phoned Gtech customer services who were most helpful they gave us several options we selected the one they recommended we ordered it over the phone.
It arrived the next day at the time they said it would.
We are most impressed with the lawnmower and the service Gtech provided

Who knew vacuuming could be this good?

Pleased with initial delivery and the product. Had
a small issue with the guard being damaged. Phoned and was dealt with efficiently. Replacement guard arrived by return post. Thanks for such good customer service

Very good delivery and product seems very good so far

Disgusted. As a student in lockdown I saved up and purchased my first Gtech hoover the K9 air ram A30 in May 2020. Due to living in a flat with a hard floor surface I didn’t use the product much, I just moved flats to carpet and in the heatwave this morning turned my hoover on for the base to explode onto my flatmate with green shards of plastic ending up all over. I rang the customer helpline explaining it was a safety issue and the gentleman stated my 2 year warranty had ended and I needed to pay £75 for a new base and would have to remove my current battery and collector area.

The gentleman explained there was nothing else that could be done. As a student who also works for the NHS I can’t afford the replacement part nor a new hoover and I’m very dissatisfied and dissapointed with the service. I Would welcome positive contact from getech to discuss this further with a view to rectify this issue.

Although I have had two Gtec vacuum cleaners before I was confused about the best replacement. It was great to be able to call up and talk it through -and I’m really pleased with my choice

Service was good however I don’t expect to have to ask for warranty parts on 2 products within their guarantee period.

What wonderful service I received on behalf of my Mum. Her hoover had not been picking up and we noticed a split in the hose. I phoned up and spoke to a lovely gentleman who was very helpful and ordered the part, it arrived the next day! My Mum couldn’t believe how wonderful the service was!

I had a problem with a GTech Air Ram vacuum cleaner that I purchased directly from GTech in December 2020
I explained my problem by phone and to my amazement they offered to replace the faulty part at no cost to myself
That is exactly my I have purchased vacuum cleaners , lawn mowers , strimmers and hedge trimmer’s from GTech recently
A brilliant company that really offers a first class service

The phone was answered quickly by a lady who soon had me taking my cutter apart and locating the fault of which I was complaining Anew part arrived the following day to my total satisfaction Well done!
